Product Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
This disclaimer sets expectations about Skollar™, prototypes, pilots, dashboard concepts, monitoring, security visibility, independent validation, and CRLJ Assured™.
1. Supplemental System
CRLJ technology is designed as a supplemental communication layer. It does not replace OEM safety systems, site safety programs, required guarding, the operator’s own risk assessment, or operational controls.
2. Development and Availability
Certain CRLJ products, interfaces, dashboards, monitoring capabilities, validation methods, designations, renders, specifications, demonstrations, and roadmap items may be prototypes, pilot-stage concepts, under development, subject to testing, or not commercially available. Features and specifications may change without notice.
3. Performance Targets vs. Validated Results
Development targets, pilot metrics, comprehension objectives, response-time goals, accuracy targets, and other benchmarks describe goals, not achieved performance, unless CRLJ states that it has completed the applicable testing and documented the result. Product pages distinguish targets, planned capabilities, prototype results, validated results, and commercial specifications.
4. Human-Readable Signaling
Human-readable visual signals may improve situational awareness and communication, but no signaling system can ensure that every individual will perceive, understand, or correctly respond to a signal in every environment or operating condition. Lighting, distance, obstruction, cognitive load, training, disabilities, environmental conditions, and other factors may affect interpretation.
5. Safety
CRLJ does not guarantee that a robot, facility, deployment, or interaction will be safe because CRLJ technology is installed, enabled, monitored, evaluated, or displayed. Users remain responsible for applicable safety standards, manufacturer requirements, emergency procedures, training, risk assessments, maintenance, and operational controls.
6. Security & Data Protection
CRLJ may provide tools, visibility, evaluation methods, monitoring, or independent review intended to support robotics security and data protection. CRLJ does not claim to replace enterprise cybersecurity programs, penetration testing, network security, identity and access management, data governance, or other controls required for a secure deployment. No security technology or evaluation can guarantee that a system will never experience a vulnerability, unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or compromise.
7. Independent Third-Party Validation
Independent validation can provide evidence against defined criteria at a particular point in time. It does not mean that every possible risk, vulnerability, defect, operating condition, or future change has been identified. The scope, criteria, evidence, date, limitations, and validity period of any evaluation are documented in the applicable report or program terms.
8. CRLJ Assured™ and Related Designations
CRLJ Assured™, CRLJ Monitored™, and Skollar Enabled™ are designations in development. Where CRLJ makes a designation available, it may be used only in accordance with CRLJ’s program requirements and authorized agreements. A designation is not a government approval, statutory certification, warranty, insurance endorsement, guarantee of safety, guarantee of cybersecurity, or guarantee of regulatory compliance.
9. OEM and Platform Compatibility
References to platform-agnostic design, OEM compatibility, specific robot types, or example platforms should not be interpreted as a statement that every model, configuration, firmware version, operating environment, or deployment is compatible. Compatibility is confirmed through the applicable technical evaluation or pilot.
10. Illustrations and Renders
Images, animations, mockups, diagrams, dashboards, and product renders may be illustrative and may not represent final production hardware, dimensions, materials, user interfaces, mounting arrangements, colors, or supported functions.
11. Professional Review
Organizations considering deployment should consult appropriate robotics, safety, cybersecurity, legal, insurance, and compliance professionals based on their environment and risk profile.
